National Wealth as an Object of Strategic Management of the Social and Economic Development of the State

The article continues a series of publications devoted to the constitutional and legal aspects of strategic management of socio-economic development. Economists propose to consider national wealth as an object of strategic management, but economists and lawyers understand this category differently. The article analyzes the components of national wealth, reveals their constitutional and legal specifics, suggests ways to harmonize the approaches of economists and lawyers, describes the forms and methods of strategic management of such an object, existing conflicts and approaches to their resolution.
