Implementation of ESG Strategies in Domestic and Foreign Business Ecosystems

В статье исследуется интеграция стратегий сохранения окружающей среды, социальной сферы и управления (ESG) с точки зрения фирмы. В работе приведен анализ факторов ESG при принятии корпоративных решений и излагаются практические подходы для бизнеса по эффективной реализации инициатив ESG. На основе анализа выделены три проблемы разработки и реализации ESG-стратегии: несовершенство индексов ESG, проблема снижения прибыли при экологичной модернизации производства, проблема взаимодействия с местными сообществами. Разработана дорожная карта внедрения стратегии ESGв бизнес-процессы фирмы, включающая 7 этапов: оценка рисков и возможностей ESG, постановка четких целей и целевых ориентиров ESG, интеграция факторов ESG в основные бизнес-процессы, формирование культуры устойчивого развития, измерение и отчетность по показателям ESG, введение практики стороннего (внешнего) аудита, корректировка целевых показателей ESG. The article explores the integration of environmental, social and management (ESG) strategies from a firm's perspective. The paper provides an analysis of ESG factors in corporate decision-making and outlines practical approaches for businesses to effectively implement ESG initiatives. Based on the analysis, three problems of developing and implementing an ESG strategy are identified: the imperfection of ESG indices, the problem of reducing profits during environmentally friendly modernization of production, and the problem of interaction with local communities. A roadmap for the implementation of the ESG strategy into the company's business processes has been developed, which includes 7 stages: assessment of ESG risks and opportunities, setting clear ESG goals and targets, integration of ESG factors into key business processes, formation of a culture of sustainable development, measurement and reporting on ESG indicators, introduction of third-party (external) audit practices, adjustment ESG targets.
