Organizational Flexibility and its Role in Improving Banking Service: An Analytical Study of the Opinions of a Sample of Commercial Bank Customers in Mosul City

The research aims at knowing the role of organizational flexibility in improving banking service, as the issue of organizational flexibility is one of the important topics in organizations, especially commercial banks. The research focused on the main problem, which is the extent of the importance of organizational flexibility and its impact on improving banking service. It is hypothesized that the opinions of the respondents vary on the importance of organizational flexibility and what are the most influential dimensions. To verify this hypothesis, a sample of commercial bank customers in Mosul city was selected, as their number was (50) customers, and their opinions were extrapolated by preparing a questionnaire form that was considered the tool for collecting data. The study adopts statistical analysis and concluding that there is a correlation and a significant positive influence relationship between organizational flexibility and its dimensions in improving banking service. Based on the research results, it can be inferred that organizational flexibility contributes and reflects in improving banking service.
