Sustainable organizations are those actively striving for sustainable development and inte-grating sustainability principles into all aspects of their operations, including continuous process improvements. These organizations recognize the importance of balancing economic, environmen-tal, and social factors and are dedicated to continuous work on enhancement of all these areas. This paper, based on theoretical considerations, explores the integration of unceasing improve-ment methodologies, such as Kaizen and Lean approaches, with green innovations and sustainabi-lity principles to achieve sustainable business practices. The focus is on understanding how these methodologies can support the development of sustainable organizations and contribute to sustai-nable development. Continuous improvement methodologies, like Kaizen and Lean approaches, emphasize the importance of waste elimination and process optimization, while green innovations aim to improve products and services with minimal negative environmental impact. Integrating these approaches enables organizations to achieve efficiency and competitive goals while reducing their ecological footprint. The paper also proposes a model that integrates Lean, KAIZEN™, and green innovation concepts for sustainability. The KAIZEN™ approach is used to ensure the involvement of all organization members in reducing any negative environmental impact without significant capital investments. The implementation methodology describes a logical sequence of steps. It is systema-tic, easily understandable, and simple in structure, and can be applied by organizations of all si-zes and sectors with minimal resources.
