In this paper, we show that a possible version of the swampland weak gravity conjecture for higher spin (HS) massive topological AdS₃ gravity can be expressed in terms of mass Mₕₛ, charge Qₕₛ and coupling constant gₕₛ of 3D gravity coupled to higher spin fields as Mₕₛ ≤ √2 Qₕₛ gₕₛ MPl. The higher spin charge is given by the $SO(1,2)$ quadratic Casimir Qₕₛ²=s (s-1) and the HS coupling constant by gₕₛ ²=2/ (MPl² l_AdS₃² ) while the mass expressed like ( l_AdS₃ Mₕₛ) ² is defined as (1+μ l_AdS₃ ) ² s ( s-1 ) +[1- ( μ l_AdS₃ ) ² ( s-1 ) ].
