On Optimization of the Procedure for Revocation of a License on Passenger Transportation by Bus to Prevent Traffic Safety Threats

The article considers the suspension of the license as a response to the illegal behavior of an economic entity that poses a threat to road safety. The characteristic of this measure is given and theoretical approaches to its understanding are given, which have been formed to date in the process of normative activity, law enforcement practice and scientific research. Based on examples of other licensed activities, the expediency of simplifying the procedure for termination of a passenger transportation license is justified buses in the event that the fault of the carrier or its employees in committing actions that pose a threat to road safety has already been established in court.
