Analysis Time Study and Takt Time in the Product Loading Process

A warehouse is a place to store goods in a neat and orderly manner, so that the capacity of the room can be used optimally. The process of moving in a good way can reduce material handling costs. There is a difference in roll loading process time between morning, afternoon and night shifts. From this problem, it has an impact on the decrease in shipping capacity by 74.7%. The purpose of this study is to determine the standard delivery process time and also determine the speed of workers. The time study method is a way to find out the time required by workers. Then compared with the takt time method which is a method of determining production capacity through the production system in a certain time.
