In this paper the authors consider the third order neutral difference equation{equation*}Δ ³( xₙ+pₙxₙ₋ₖ) +qₙf(xₙ₋) =hₙ{equation*}where \ pₙ\ ,\ qₙ\ ,ₙ\ real sequences.
