The present study brings together reflections on the collective aggressiveness that results in modalities of parastatal justice, such as popular lynching. The phenomenon of collective aggressiveness has only recently been studied in order to identify the multiple forms acquired by intraspecific human violence, as well as the social, legal and institutional weaknesses under the broad context of the Democratic Rule of Law. Furthermore, it seeks to assess whether the State model is fulfilling its functions and whether there are points of erosion in the social environment.
