It is necessary to obtain accurately actual wind state at the sea where offshore wind farm will be constructed, in order to guarantee its safety and profitability. In this study, it is proposed that motion of the non-restoring counter-weight type motion stabilized platform on a buoy is made smaller than that of the buoy by using a linear damper to get regenerative energy and skyhook spring and damper controlled by using the regenerative energy. Then, the energy consumption and motion reduction performance of the system is evaluated, and it is tried by system optimization that the energy balance becomes positive.
