Machine learning has been vital in materials design, but materials scientists need help with their unfamiliarity with machine learning techniques. The need for data scientists to have more domain knowledge in materials design has also been vital. To bridge this gap, we have developed user-friendly web applications for materials scientists, with machine-learning models built and deployed by data scientists. We also introduced a Web application portal and Machine Learning Operations to efficiently manage machine learning models and web applications, especially in large chemical corporations dealing with numerous chemical products. The successful deployment of over 30 web applications within the corporation demonstrated successful digital transformation in materials.
