Law as a Factor of Impact on the Establishment and Stabilization of the Political Regime

The article attempts to comprehend the influence of law on all spheres of public life due to its direct participation in the process of formation and stabilization of a certain political regime. The political regime as one of the elements of the form of the state determines the foreign and domestic policy of the state, which are also reflected in the legal field. Considering each of the functions of law separately allows us to speak about the priority role of law as a stabilizer of the political regime.
