This paper presents an integrated planning and optimization method of integrated energy system and incremental distribution network. For the energy planning scheme of new area, integrated energy and incremental distribution network planning are usually considered separately, and the profitability is not high. In order to optimize the financial feasibility and reduce the total investment, the integrated planning method of integrated energy system and incremental distribution network is proposed. Mainly according to the regional load characteristics, more traditional cooling needs are brought into the scope of centralized cooling, so as to realize the efficiency optimization of the CCHP and effectively reduce the peak power consumption in the region. Distributed power supply provides electricity production services in the region, and the distribution network capacity will also decrease, so the corresponding investment level of distribution network will also decrease. The effectiveness of the method is verified by practical case analysis, which has certain application significance.
