The enzymatic formation and precipitation of coordination polymers under mild conditions offers a promising solution for this purpose. Herein, we report the enzymatic precipitation of Prussian blue (PB), a highly electroactive and ion-transporting coordination polymer, on an immunosensing electrode for application in a sensitive electrochemical immunosensor for detecting thyroid-stimulating hormone (TSH).
