New era for journal that reflects nurses’ exceptional skills

I was a nurse once, but not for very long and, in truth, I was not very good. I worked in mental health and, looking back, lacked the skills and courage to change a system that appeared to favour control over independence, maintenance over recovery. In the end, I left and trained as a journalist instead.
