Background: Arthritis is the most common disease in Denmark, with 700,000 persons already diagnosed; experts estimate that just as many live with the condition without knowing it. The first step in solving the burden of rheumatic diseases, including osteoarthritis, is acknowledging that there is a problem for the individual and for the society. Most people recognize the insight that we groan more as we get older, but they do not want to admit that they have osteoarthritis. So we gently nudge them in this campaign, in order tell them, that our bodies are trying to tell us something. The Campaign was launched on national TV and social media during 4 weeks in autumn 2023 and will be repeated in spring 2024. Objectives: The purpose with the campaign is: 1)To increase the awareness about arthritis (primarily osteoarthritis) in general public, and 2)To increase the support to the Danish Rheumatism Association. Methods: The campaign uses humor to depict the agony of creaking joints. A "Pain Choir" was filmed at the Royal Danish Music Conservatory in Copenhagen, gathering musicians and arthritis "suffers" for a festival of creaking joints. The campaign consist of: One centerpiece film with the "Pain Choir", four short film with personal stories about living with osteoarthritis; two of them are celebrities in Denmark. All films lead to a webpage, where you can order a free e-package with information, exercises and research news about OA. A beneficial membership and other types of support to the association are marketed too. The films and material is to be shown digitally at the congress. Results: The campaign will be systematically evaluated on short and long terms outcomes e.g. visitors to the webpage, e-packages ordered, support given to the association etc. The evaluation will be completed in May and presented at the congress. At the first launch of the campaign last autumn, the centerpiece film were seen by 1.300.000 persons in a period of 4 weeks and won European awards within marketing and healthcare. Conclusion: The Danish Rheumatism Association has launched a new digital campaign on TV and Social Media, in order to increase the awareness to osteoarthritis and the support to the Association. The campaign consist of films shown on national TV and Social Media: One centerpiece film using humor and music in relation to creaking joints and four films with personal stories. All films leads to a webpage, where an e-guide about arthritis is offered freely and support to the association are marketed. The Campaign is going to be evaluated on short and long terms outcomes this spring, and the results represented on the congress. REFERENCES: NIL. Acknowledgements: NIL.
