Based on the conservation of resource theory, this study aimed to investigate the mediating effects of work-life conflict between leisure time and satisfaction, and the moderating effects of organizational support. A two-stage questionnaire survey was conducted at an interval of one month. 203 effective questionnaires were collected. The result shows that leisure time negatively affects work-life conflict; work-life conflict negatively affects life satisfaction and job satisfaction; work-life conflict has mediating effects between leisure time and both satisfactions; organizational support has a moderated mediation effect when leisure time affects job satisfaction through work-life conflict. Work-life conflict is still an important stress management challenge. The key to reducing work-life conflict is to balance work and life. The discussion of this study and outline of future directions for research were discussed.
