Organisational and Legal Approach to Management of the Objects Used for the Purpose of a Garage in a City

In the context of adoption of the new Federal Law and improvement of the Garage Amnesty, there arises a need to precise the objects used for the purpose of a garage, systematise the organisational and legal tools for management of the urban territories occupied by or allocated for the garage con-struction. The following research methods have been used: grouping method, synthesis, statistical analysis, content analysis, SWOT analysis. Results: classification of the objects used for the purpose of a garage has been presented, the Garage Amnesty trends have been determined, the organisation-al and legal approach to management of the objects used for the purpose of a garage in a city has been formulated.
