Maps the subthemes of the final works in the Archiveology course at a university in Paraíba between the years 2014 and 2022, which involve Archiveology and Information Technologies and highlights the relevance of the main subthemes identified for the development of Archiveology. This is a basic, exploratory, bibliographic and documentary research based on TCCs retrieved from the DSpace UEPB institutional repository. Gephi software was used to create social networks between students and faculty advisors and the networks of the subthemes that each faculty advisor dealt with. Of the 429 course completion works analyzed, 73 dealt with Archiving and Information Technologies, identifying 29 subthemes. Of the main topics identified, electronic/digital document management, Website Dissemination, Document Digitization, Digital Preservation and Information Architecture stand out. In relation to teachers/supervisors, 19 supervised work on this topic, among which four stood out in terms of the number of orientations. It is noteworthy that among the students, one also contributed as a teacher-advisor. It is concluded that the course completion works bring emerging, current and relevant themes that seek to insert Archivology in the digital context, covering everything from management, security, preservation, digitization to information architecture. Demonstrates the plurality and interests of Archivology in order to promote efficient management, organization, preservation, access and dissemination of archival documents in digital media and contribute to archival theory and practice
