To analyze the hip joint biomechanics of the acetabular anatomical reconstruction and nonanatomical reconstruction in total hip arthroplasty (THA) for Crowe type Ⅲ developmental dysplasia of the hip (DDH) by finite element method, which provided theoretical foundation and experimental basis for the anatomical acetabular reconstruction during THA in clinical practice.
