As a new digital infrastructure, industrial internet provides massive data for intelligent operation and maintenance of industrial equipment. In order to solve the operation pattern recognition of complex industrial systems, the architecture of digital twins was designed, and the variational self-encoder model considering the influence of operating conditions was proposed.The correlation among the multivariate variables of industrial system was identified by the reconstruction probability.A gas turbine in service was selected for model validation, and the result shows that the proposed model has a higher prediction accuracy and is more sensitive to changes in operating conditions.
