The fifth generation of wireless networks is now available, which is an advancement over the currently popular 4G LTE network, in addition the faster and more dependable data access provided by fiber internet is gradually changing online communities all over the world. This research paper is being conducted in order to incorporate promising technology into 5G and fiber optic Combining. The main goal of these technologies is to create networks with enhancement performances. The proposed system using a 4*4 MIMO wireless signal with variable sub carrier that is modulated with mm-wave by a Match Zender Modulator (MZM). The signal is transmitted through a (70) kilometer optical fiber, which increases data rate and frequency but also increases the error vector magnitude (EVM). The propose system is used to eliminate this error, polarization mode dispersion (PMD) and Digital Back Propagation (DBP) are used, which are compensate and reduce EVM.
