A digital twinning method for products based on multi-model integration and interoperation is proposed. Firstly, the definition and integration approach of multiple models are presented, and the specific connotations and creation methods of structural models, analytical models, and information models are elaborated. Secondly, a digital twin multi-model interoperation engine is designed, and the engine's interoperation mechanism of the engine is developed based on sequence relationships. Finally, the feasibility and effectiveness of this method are verified using an industrial robot as an example.
