The construction industry is increasingly pressured to reduce its environmental footprint while maintaining the structural integrity and cost-effectiveness of its outputs. This research paper introduces an innovative approach to sustainable infrastructure through the development of an adaptive algorithm-based concrete mix design. Leveraging advanced computational models and machine learning techniques, this study proposes a method that optimizes the proportions of concrete components to enhance sustainability without compromising performance. The adaptive algorithm incorporates variables such as local material availability, environmental impact, and economic factors, thus allowing for the creation of customized concrete mixes suited to specific project requirements and environmental conditions. Empirical testing and simulations demonstrate that the adaptive algorithm can effectively reduce carbon emissions and resource usage while achieving desired mechanical properties. The study also explores the implications of implementing such technology in real-world scenarios, including the potential for industry-wide adoption and the challenges of integrating new technologies into established practices.
