Special Aspects of Delinquent Behavior of Employees of Law Enforcement Agencies

The article is devoted to the study of the problem of delinquent behavior of law enforcement officers from the point of view of determining ways to prevent it. During a special military operation, there is an increase in cases of delinquent behavior of employees, this is objectively due to the complication of activities and the simultaneous expansion of the boundaries of freedom (autonomy) and personal responsibility of employees in the performance of their official (combat) tasks. The most typical manifestations of delinquent behavior of employees, in particular the use of alcoholic beverages, narcotic substances, gambling, etc., are analyzed. It is stated that uncontrolled credit and debt behavior of employees, although not a form of delinquent behavior, however, can be considered as concomitant to these manifestations.
