The surface luminance uniformity factor ( <tex-math notation="LaTeX">U)</tex-math> of green Micro-LEDs with three different physical sizes detected by the microscopic hyperspectral imaging system was fully investigated. The luminance distribution characteristics and current-crowding effects of green Micro-LED chips were quantitatively studied, and the correlation between the luminance distribution uniformity and the physical size, electrical current, and temperature of green Micro-LEDs were also analyzed, providing a clear direction for improving the device reliability and increasing the external quantum efficiency (EQE) of green Micro-LED chips. Finally, the arrays composed of a certain number of green Micro-LEDs with three different physical sizes were tested to explore the relationship between the luminance uniformity factor ( <tex-math notation="LaTeX">UA)</tex-math> and the physical size of Micro-LED with different driving voltages ( <tex-math notation="LaTeX">V)</tex-math> .
