PT XYZ has an application that provides information about the XYZ football club. This research analyzes its user experience and suggests improvements for both design and interaction. The problems are that the news tab menu displays content in non-consecutive time, there are tabs with no content, the product promotion slider banner on the main menu is irrelevant to the store article, there are icons that do not match their function, and the crash display of images or videos. The study evaluated XYZ app UX using Heart metrics and user surveys (n=400). Despite issues, results confirmed good validity and reliability (SPSS 26). Interface improvements based on findings include: sorted news display, removal of empty tabs, adjusted promotions, store menu, and unavailable content notifications. Evaluation by stakeholders and active users confirmed the improvements. The implication that occurs within this research is that happiness has a significant contribution to the level of satisfaction from the application, which is proven by the solutions provided through the redesign of the application prototype to address the problems that occur.
