The work sets out the author’s vision of the process of the court making a decision in the case under consideration that corresponds to the actual circumstances of the case. A brief analysis of the content of the concept of “motivation of a decision” is given. The author comes to the conclusion that the motivation of a court decision and its reliability are correlated with each other as a process and the result of knowledge of the circumstances that are the subject of judicial proceedings.
