The Program to Accelerate Technologies for Homecare, called PATH, is an initiative designed to enhance home health technology and support aging individuals' desire to comfortably age in place. This paper outlines the conceptual framework, development, and preliminary deployment of PATH across various Canadian sites. PATH leverages a web-based application framework and sensor integration techniques to foster solutions tailored to the needs of aging individuals. PATH currently includes 21 active users and 11 developed project themes. The preliminary results demonstrate the feasibility of advanced technological integration in homecare settings. The findings from PATH's initial deployment suggest a promising direction for future research and development in home health technology, highlighting the importance of user-centric design and cross-sector collaboration in creating supportive environments for aging in place.
