The thermoelectric decoupling needs to be realized for the electric-thermal system in the scheduling time scale to meet the deep peaking of heat load supply and the new energy consumption. Considering the participation of the molten salt thermal storage system in the economic dispatch of the original electrical and thermal system, a joint optimal dispatch model is constructed to minimize the carbon emission of the cogeneration unit and prioritize the consumption of renewable energy. A linear programming algorithm based on the Gurobi solver is used to accelerate the solution of the model. A typical heating scheduling day in a region is used as an example for simulation and analysis to verify the feasibility of the constructed model and algorithm.
