After the widespread adoption of teleworking in public bodies during the COVID-19 pandemic, Resolution No. 481 of the National Council of Justice was issued in November 2022, which determined the return of Judiciary employees to in-person work. Given the dissatisfaction caused and the possible invasion of the autonomy of the Courts of Justice, this Literature Review was carried out in order to verify the current scientific panorama on the benefits of teleworking in the public service. The research method adopted was the analysis of scientific articles in the “SCOPUS” and “Web of Science” bibliographic collection bases, which were duly filtered and studied, using the “Parsif.al” platform. In the end, 12 relevant articles were identified, from which it was extracted that the teleworking regime presents numerous benefits to the institution and the adopting employees, highlighting the need to control results and the emotional health of workers so that it can be a tool aimed at efficiency. State in lasting application. It is hoped, with this research, to create a bibliographical collection indicating the benefits of adopting this working regime in public bodies, allowing, in the future, an adaptation of CNJ resolution no. 481, to enable a greater part of employees to work remotely. It can also be used by managers in the formulation of future public policies.
