Algorithm for control of electric heating of concrete for solving the problem of digital control of quality of monolithic works

This article describes an algorithm for automating the process of transformer electric heating of concrete using a three-phase thyristor regulator. Control of electric heating of concrete is planned to be carried out using the Element Control Digital Quality Monitoring System for Monolithic Works, Russian solution that provides continuous temperature and strength control of concrete hardening. The algorithm allows for continuous monitoring of the quality of concrete curing work by including the electrical equipment periphery in the operating perimeter of the hardware and software complex and ensuring optimal curing conditions by automating a number of technological processes. One of the key aspects of the digital transformation of the construction industry is the automation of production processes aimed at the ability to organize, conduct and document the results of technological operations in a single information space. This process is aimed at minimizing the risks of technological violations, improving the quality of management decisions and the economic efficiency of the project as a whole.
