The article is devoted to the economic and political aspects of cooperation between the People's Republic of China and the European Union. In particular, we are talking about such global economic projects as the “Global Gate” and “One Road”. At the same time, these projects also affect Kazakhstan, since it is one of the countries at the intersection of transport hubs. Based on this, the purpose of this work is to analyze the impact of the geo-economic and geopolitical aspects of the Global Gateway and One Road projects on Kazakhstan. At the same time, the author notes that these projects cover a wide range of issues related to transport, healthcare, climate, energy and other economic sectors and areas of activity. Ultimately, the author comes to the conclusion that it is extremely important for Kazakhstan to adhere to a multi-vector approach in its foreign policy. This allows him to act as a reliable mediator in regional processes. In the conditions of the modern globalized world, the Global Gate and One Belt, One Road projects are of particular importance for the geo–economic and geopolitical development of the countries included in these initiatives. Kazakhstan, as a key participant in transnational infrastructure projects, faces the challenge of effectively managing its resources and stakeholders. The purpose of this study is to analyze the geo–economic and geopolitical impact of the Global Gate and One Belt, One Road projects on Kazakhstan. To achieve this goal, the following tasks have been set: Study of the basic principles and objectives of the Global Gate and One Belt, One Road projects; Analysis of the impact of these projects on the economic development of Kazakhstan, including infrastructure investments, trade flows and economic cooperation; Assessment of the geopolitical consequences of Kazakhstan's participation in these projects, including changes in regional dynamics and foreign policy relations; Identification of potential advantages and risks for Kazakhstan from participating in the Global Gate and One Belt– One Road projects. The research will be based on the collection and analysis of relevant information from various sources, including scientific publications, official documents, statistical data and expert assessments. The methods of analysis will include comparative analysis, predictive assessment and interpretation of data.
