MDM2/MDMX inhibition by Sulanemadlin reduces cell growth dependent on p53 status p53 activation by Sulanemadlin leads to increased immunogenicity marker expression Sulanemadlin + anti-PD-1 immunotherapy increases lymphocyte infiltration Sulanemadlin synergizes with anti-PD-1 immunotherapy increasing overall survival
