Lack of family knowledge in treating a disease is often the main cause of recurrence, so the family has to come back for treatment with the same problem. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between treatment adherence in family of ARI in toddlers with cure rate. This type of research is quantitative, carried out in February-June with amounted to 27 respondents. The normality test uses Shapiro Wilk and data processing uses Spearman rank with the SPSS program version 16.0, it was found that ρ value = 0.000 (α < 0,05),, meaning that there is a relationship between family obedience in the treatment of ISPA and the recovery rate in toddlers in the working area of the Gajah City Health Center, Lampung Regency.Middle.The results of the Spearman rank statistical test showed that r count = 0.737, which means that the higher the family's adherence to ISPA treatment, the lower the failure to recover in toddlers with ISPA, and vice versa. The closeness of the relationship can be seen from the value of r count = 0.737 which is categorized as strong (0.60 -0.799) which means that the closeness of the relationship between family obedience in the treatment of ARI and the recovery rate in children under five in the working area of the Puskesmas Gajah City, Central Lampung Regency is strong.
