In this paper, the notion of fuzzy feebly -complemented space is introduced and several characterizations of fuzzy feebly -complemented spaces are established. The inter-relations between weakly -complemented spaces and fuzzy feebly -complemented spaces are established. The conditions, under which fuzzy feebly -complemented spaces become fuzzy -spaces and fuzzy -spaces become fuzzy normal spaces, are also obtained in this paper.
