The trigger position, the number of coil turns, capacitance, discharge voltage, the ratio of length to thickness of the driving coil, and the ratio of length to thickness of the projectile are the key system parameters that affect the projectile exit velocity and system launch efficiency of the synchronous induction electromagnetic coil launch. Quantifying the importance and weight of these parameters can help clarify the research points and then improve the exit velocity and launch efficiency. Based on the simulation results, this article comprehensively considers the exit velocity and launch efficiency, uses the entropy weight method to calculate the objective weights of the above parameters on the exit velocity and launch efficiency, and linearly combines the two weights to obtain the comprehensive objective weight. The research results indicate that the comprehensive objective weight order of the parameters of the electromagnetic coil launch system is as follows: discharge voltage <tex-math notation="LaTeX">$>$</tex-math> capacitance <tex-math notation="LaTeX">$>$</tex-math> number of coil turns <tex-math notation="LaTeX">$>$</tex-math> trigger position <tex-math notation="LaTeX">$>$</tex-math> the ratio of length to thickness of the projectile <tex-math notation="LaTeX">$>$</tex-math> the ratio of length to thickness of the driving coil, as the projectile speed gradually increases, the weight of the discharge voltage and the weight of the capacitance gradually decrease, and the weight of the trigger position and the weight of the number of coil turns gradually increase; when the projectile speed is greater than the critical speed, the comprehensive objective weight of the discharge voltage and capacitance value is smaller than the comprehensive objective weight of the trigger position and the number of coil turns. The research results of this article can provide guidance for the design and parameter optimization of the electromagnetic coil launch system.
