In this study, based on the GWAS Immunophenotyping Database, a Mendelian randomization approach was used to assess the genetic causal associations between 731 immunophenotypes and traits and Parkinson’s disease (PD), which not only provides a reference for the immune response mechanism of PD but also provides ideas for exploring the effective diagnosis and treatment of PD.
