Prospects for growing niche crops in the south of Ukraine

The study of the prospects of growing niche crops in the South of Ukraine is an actual topic in the conditions of climate change. Given the potential benefits and challenges of growing one of the niche crops, such as sage, ways to increase the productivity of a highly profitable crop are considered.
