Abstract Anisakiasis is a parasitic disease, caused by nematode species belonging to family Anisakidae . While gastrointestinal anisakiasis is common, pulmonary anisakiasis is rarely reported. To the best of our knowledge, there are no reported cases of anisakiasis from India. We are reporting a case of pulmonary anisakiasis presented with eosinophilic pleural effusion.
