The study of ventriculoatrial (VA) conduction during an electrophysiological (EP) study is crucial for ablating supraventricular tachycardias (SVT) and WPW, particularly with suspected accessory pathways or AV nodal reentry tachycardia. Concealed pathways associated with VA normal conduction can complicate diagnosis, and various EP techniques have been proposed, varying in sensitivity, specificity, and time consumption. In 2015, we introduced a new and easy method, the Extra-Cardiac Vagal Stimulation (ECVS), for Cardioneuroablation and EP testing.
