The article aims to present the evolution over the time of the approaches that refer to justice and highlight the current status quo of legal interpretations with reference to justice, in such a way that through the presented material to establish the specific framework of particularities of contemporary justice. The results of this analysis are proposed to be offered for consultation to the relevant national authorities involved in the development and implementation of justice and modernization reforms.
