In order to reduce the incidence of modern lifestyle diseases, 86 adult patients with visual fatigue syndrome who visited the ophthalmology department of our hospital were randomly divided into an observation group of 43 cases with a single number and a control group of 43 cases with a double number. The selected subjects were screened using the SCL-90 Symptom Self Rating Scale, and were investigated and analyzed using the Anxiety Scale, Depression Scale, and Quality of Life Scale. The control group received health guidance, while the observation group received guided and maintenance preventive interventions. Progressive eye disease in the observation group was controlled at over 90%, while in the control group; progressive eye disease was controlled at 68%.
