The article discusses the key aspects of BPMS (Business Process Management System) in modern business. The concept of BPM systems is formulated, their functions and goals that can be achieved with the introduction of this technology are described. The analysis of the successful use of BPMS by a real company is carried out. The shortcomings and problems associated with the implementation of BPM systems have been identified. The article concludes with the conclusions and benefits of using these technologies in the business sector.
