This paper analyzes the various data of the mechanical characteristic test of SF <inf xmlns:mml="http://www.w3.org/1998/Math/MathML" xmlns:xlink="http://www.w3.org/1999/xlink">6</inf> circuit breakers and point out the main factors that affect the accuracy of the test data. At the same time, we analyze the correlation between various test data, explore data analysis methods suitable for production sites, and illustrate through typical cases that the mechanical characteristic test data of SF <inf xmlns:mml="http://www.w3.org/1998/Math/MathML" xmlns:xlink="http://www.w3.org/1999/xlink">6</inf> circuit breakers should be comprehensively analyzed instead of single data comparison. Otherwise it is easy to make erroneous judgments and even cover up equipment hazards.
