With the widespread application of the Cesium platform, it has been found in project production that the global high-precision computation of Cesium has somewhat hindered the rendering performance of the platform. To compensate for the shortcomings in rendering and display effects on the Cesium platform, a set of universal methods for creating 3D models for industrial park scenes has been designed. Based on the characteristics of the Cesium platform, this paper elaborates on the construction process of static scene models for industrial parks. The typical components of industrial park landscapes mainly include buildings, trees, and roads. Therefore, this paper focuses on modeling research and process explanation for these three categories. The process includes multi-texture blending methods, multi-detail level LoD (levels of detail) rendering technology for i3dm (Instanced 3D Model), and integrated map methods for road signs. These not only enhance the display effects of industrial park scenes but also improve the efficiency of texture mapping baking production and platform performance.
