The article is devoted to the study of the essence of management innovations, their importance for ensuring the competitive development of an industrial company. It is noted that competitive development is possible only under the conditions of implementation of an innovation-oriented model of company development. An overview of the current state of industrial companies of Ukraine and current state programs supporting the development of companies is provided. The need to use the latest tools to solve modern problems of company management is emphasized. The proposed modification of the Balanced Scorecard and the implementation map of the company's development strategy under the conditions of the implementation of allocation innovations.
