Observational analysis explores immune checkpoints PD-L1 and IDO-1 in sinonasal carcinoma, highlighting the need to link marker expression to survival and recurrence.
Introduction Sinonasal carcinomas (SNC) are aggressive tumors with a high recurrence rate. SNC were excluded from the clinical multicenter studies Keynote-48/-40 for the recurrence situation. Therefore, there is a need to investigate the connection between immune checkpoints and clinical parameters such as survival, recurrence rate and metastasis in SNC.
