Influence of transient receptor potential channels on the pathogenesis of chronic rhinosinusitis

Introduction Transient receptor potential channels (TRP channels) are transmembrane channels. So far, we have been able to detect the channels at the RNA level in the nasal mucosa of patients with CRS and in healthy tissue. Our goal was to study TRP channels at the protein level to better understand their role in patients with CRS.
