The absence of privacy and verifiable randomness in blockchain poses security risks such as unauthorized data access and identity theft, especially as the technology gains traction in critical sectors like finance and healthcare. The rapid adoption of blockchain amplifies the urgency to address these vulnerabilities for secure and scalable implementation. This paper confronts the urgent issues of compromised privacy and unverifiable randomness in blockchain systems by introducing the Artificial Intelligence-driven Schnorr Multi-Signature with Key Aggregation (AI-SMKA) approach. This mechanism exhibits a good degree of anonymity and error free key aggregation, desirable for large scale block chain networks. This mechanism is a prospective tool for deployment in sensitive applications towards secured data sharing and digital identity management.
